After an order is placed, there is a 24-hour window for modifications or cancellation. Generally, it takes about 3-5 business days to manufacture your order. However, please note that complex prescriptions like bifocals or progressive lenses, as well as lens tints and personalized frames, may require an additional 1-2 business days. After 24 hours, cancellations can be handled as either 100% store credit plus shipping or 50% refund plus shipping. Upon shipment, tracking information will be provided for every order to keep you updated.
