30-Day Eyewear Warranty

EYESHELLS eyewear is covered by a 30-day limited warranty beginning on the date your order is delivered.

If your glasses have a verified manufacturing, material, assembly, or production defect during the warranty period, please contact us. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may provide an appropriate solution such as repair, replacement parts, a remake, replacement eyewear, store credit, or refund.

Examples of issues that may be covered include manufacturing defects involving the frame, hinges, temples, frame assembly, lens installation, or other components that fail under normal use because of a production or material defect.

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty is designed to cover manufacturing and production defects. It does not normally cover damage resulting from:

• Accidental breakage, impact, crushing, bending, or dropping
• Improper use, improper storage, or lack of reasonable care
• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches or cosmetic wear occurring after delivery
• Damage caused by excessive heat, chemicals, or other external conditions
• Alterations, repairs, or modifications performed by a third party
• Loss or theft

One-Year Lens Coating Warranty

EYESHELLS provides a one-year limited warranty from the delivery date for manufacturing defects affecting anti-reflective (AR) coatings and photochromic lens treatments.

This coverage is intended for abnormal coating or treatment failure under normal use, such as verified peeling, delamination, or other premature failure attributable to the manufacturing process.

The coating warranty does not cover scratches, normal wear, accidental damage, damage caused by improper cleaning, excessive heat, chemicals, or other external causes.

Rimless Frame Replacement Parts

For rimless eyewear purchased from EYESHELLS, we are happy to provide replacement nose pads and nose pad screws for the usable life of the frame, subject to parts availability.

These replacement parts are provided at no charge. Shipping or handling charges may apply depending on the destination and circumstances.

Complimentary lifetime replacement screws are not included for other frame styles unless the screw replacement is required because of a covered manufacturing defect during the applicable warranty period.

How to Request Warranty Service

If you believe your eyewear has a warranty-related issue, please contact us at service@eyeshells.com.

Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos or other information may be requested so that our team can review the problem as quickly as possible.

Please do not send your glasses back unless we ask you to do so. If a return is necessary for inspection or warranty service, we will provide instructions.

Warranty vs. Returns

This warranty applies to verified product, material, and production defects. Returns based on fit, style, personal preference, prescription information entered by the customer, or other non-defect reasons are handled separately under our Return & Refund Policy.

This warranty does not limit any mandatory rights or remedies that may be available under applicable consumer protection laws.
