SECTION 5 - Product Images, Colors, and Measurements

We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colors, frame shapes, and measurements as accurately as possible. However, actual product color, transparency, pattern, size impression, and appearance may vary due to lighting, screen settings, production batches, lens type, prescription strength, or other factors.

Frame measurements are provided to help customers choose a suitable fit. A small measurement tolerance may occur due to manufacturing and manual measurement differences.

SECTION 6 - Prescription and Lens Orders

• You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and current prescription information, including SPH, CYL, AXIS, ADD, PD, or any other required information for your lens order.
• If you upload a prescription or enter prescription values, you confirm that the information is valid and was provided by a qualified eye care professional where required.
• We may contact you to verify prescription details, PD, lens type, or order information before production.
• If prescription information appears incomplete, unusual, inconsistent, or unsuitable for the selected frame or lens type, we may pause production and request confirmation or additional information.
• Some prescriptions may not be suitable for certain frame sizes, shapes, lens materials, rimless or semi-rimless designs, or lens options. In such cases, we may recommend a different frame, lens option, or order adjustment.
• Production may be delayed if prescription details, PD, frame suitability, or lens options require manual review.

SECTION 7 - Billing and Account Information

• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, shipping, contact, and account information for all purchases made through our Site.
• You agree to promptly update your information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you when needed.
• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order if we believe the order information is inaccurate, incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, or violates these Terms.
• We may attempt to notify you by email, phone, or billing/shipping address if we make a change to or cancel an order.

SECTION 8 - Order Acceptance and Cancellation

After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not mean that your order has been accepted for production or shipment. We reserve the right to review, refuse, cancel, or adjust orders for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, prescription issues, payment issues, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or other operational reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will issue a refund according to the payment method and applicable policy.

SECTION 9 - Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times, delivery estimates, processing times, and carrier updates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by production time, prescription review, customs processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect address information, or other factors outside our control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and, when required by the carrier, a valid phone number. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable shipping information provided by the customer.

SECTION 10 - Returns, Exchanges, Warranty, and Store Credit

Returns, exchanges, warranty service, refunds, and store credit are handled according to our posted Return Policy, Warranty Policy, and any applicable order-specific communications. Please review those policies before placing an order.

Prescription lenses, customized lenses, tinted lenses, photochromic lenses, progressive lenses, and other custom-made items may be subject to additional limitations because they are produced according to your order details.

SECTION 11 - Third-Party Tools and Services

We may provide access to third-party tools, applications, payment services, shipping services, analytics tools, or other services that we do not monitor, control, or manage. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools and services “as is” and “as available,” without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind.
