Shipping Information
Processing time
Most eyewear orders require processing and lens production before shipment. Prescription lenses, progressive lenses, photochromic lenses, tinted lenses, polarized lenses, high-index lenses, or other customized lens options may require additional production time.

The delivery estimates below refer to the estimated shipping transit time after the package has been shipped. Production time and prescription review time are separate from carrier transit time.

These time frames are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs inspections, holidays, weather, remote-area delivery, incorrect address information, or other factors outside our control may extend delivery time.
U.S. & Europe Tariffs & Duties (Prepaid / DDP Shipping)
For orders shipped to the United States and Europe, we use prepaid duty logistics (DDP shipping) whenever available. This means import duties and tariffs are handled in advance, so in most cases you will not be asked to pay extra customs fees at delivery.

If you receive a rare request from the carrier or customs for additional payment, please contact us with a screenshot or receipt. We will help review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Duties, taxes, and other fees
For destinations outside the United States and Europe, customs authorities in the destination country may assess duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other non-refundable charges. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient, except where prepaid-duty service applies.
Military addresses (APO/FPO)
Standard delivery estimates do not apply to military addresses such as APO/FPO. Orders sent to these addresses may require extended delivery time due to additional routing and handling requirements.
Tracking
After your order has been processed and shipped, we will send a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives or scans the package.

Which destinations can I have EYESHELLS products shipped to?
EYESHELLS ships to many international destinations. The checkout page will show the most up-to-date list of available shipping locations for your order.
I placed multiple orders. Can they be shipped together?
To process orders efficiently and avoid delays, each order is usually processed and shipped individually.
Can I ship my order to a different country from my billing address?
Yes. Your shipping address can be different from your billing address. Please enter the correct shipping address and country at checkout.
How can I modify the shipping address or shipping method?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping details. We will check your order status and update the details where possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the address or shipping method.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately with clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and help provide a suitable solution.
Shipping cost
A flat standard shipping rate of $4.95 applies to shipments worldwide, unless a different rate or shipping option is shown at checkout.
