Flip mechanics

I’m please with the site and the purchasing process however I’m having trouble with the flip glasses… the flip mechanism is too loose, I’m constantly having to close them each time I pick them up from around my neck. Also during use… I see 2 set screws but they appear to only change the nose rest. Please let me know how I may tighten the tension that allows the flip to flip… each time in have to touch the lenses they get dirty!!!

The glasses are ok. When down, and I tilt my head down, the glasses seem to open up a bit-- I wish they stayed closed and required me to physically open them.
