After an order is placed, there is a 24-hour window for modifications or cancellation. Generally, it takes about 3-5 business days to manufacture your order. However, please note that complex prescriptions like bifocals or progressive lenses, as well as lens tints and personalized frames, may require an additional 1-2 business days. After 24 hours, cancellations can be handled as either one-time-use 100% store credit plus shipping or 50% refund plus shipping. Store credit is not redeemable for cash. Upon shipment, tracking information will be provided for every order to keep you updated.

For the United States and Europe, we use DDP (duties prepaid) shipping whenever available. For other countries, duties, taxes, or other import charges may apply according to local customs policy.

Never received the order

After three weeks, eyeglasses reported them having been delivered, but I never received them. I went to the post office and they put in a search to see if they could locate them. That was a week ago. They haven’t found anything very disappointed.

We’re very sorry that USPS marked the package as delivered even though you did not receive it. Progressive lenses require additional production time, and with international shipping, a total delivery time of around three weeks is generally normal. Unfortunately, carrier delivery issues can still occasionally occur.

To resolve this, we have already arranged two replacement pairs at no additional charge, and we also made an exception allowing you to keep the other pair. Both new pairs have now been completed using high-quality lenses from one of our best laboratories and will be shipped very soon.

We understand how disappointing a missing package can be, but please be assured that we are taking care of the situation and will send you the new tracking information as soon as the replacements are dispatched.
