The frames arrived in the wrong color but support took care of the issue for me.

After reviewing the case, we found that the email address entered in the support form was missing the final “l” in “gmail.com,” so our reply could not reach you. We did not intentionally ignore your message.

We also want to reassure other customers that we never substitute an out-of-stock color without permission. Although this color is now unavailable for new orders, we still keep a small quantity reserved for after-sales replacements, so we can send Darren the correct color without any issue.

The $6.95 promotional price is intended to let customers try our products and service; it does not reduce our fulfillment standards. This was a packing mistake, and we are happy to correct it at no additional cost.
